United Grind Cypher

United Grind releases its first committee cypher as a prelude release to the compilation album "Grind Or Die Vol. 1". Presiding over this cypher is the heavily accredited Dj NuEra on the wheels. Lacing the classic throwback Clipse track is HiJinks & Vice Souletric (Play Havoc), and a few of the GameChangers top spitters (NuFace, Sandman, Lee Harvey, and Juggernaut June). The Grind Or Die Vol. 1 compilation album is set to release (March 31, 2023) on the United Grind imprint. Follow the artist below:

The Goody Bag is a collection of mixes. Featuring dope concepts, styles, genre bending remixes. I have visual concepts that will enhance the mixes. As my support grows I'll invest more into bringing those to life. This is just the beginning. Jump on the train now lol… but for real lol.

Rock & Soul DJ Battle

I went to NYC and won a huge battle. I won over $3000 in sound equipment. The judges included DJ Rholi Rhol, DJ Scratch and Large Professor. Biz Markie was the host! I can’t believe it!

This is another step in the right direction. I’m truly living my dreams, Check the entire set out below!

Music is a tool

Music is a tool

Music is a tool and with the right tools any skilled technician can get the job done. I can rock any venue given the opportunity even if I don't fit the image. Just because I'm black doesn't mean I can't rock a majority white club. Just because I can rock those clubs doesn't mean I can't rock the new hiphop and rap spots. Don't try and put me in a box I'm a professional, versatile DJ no matter what my skin color makes you think.

I had a blast creating my set for #BHSpinfest and performing it live at Barley House. This is a party rocking competition similar to the RedBull 3style format. Unfortunately I didn't win. I did my best it just wasn't my time. I'll get back in the lab and work towards the future.

Why Hiphop is the greatest genre

Why Hiphop is the greatest genre

I only have one reason why I believe Hiphop is the greatest genre of music.

To my knowledge Hiphop is the only genre of music that consistently introduces its listeners to other genres of music and artist.

I'm a DJ so trust me I can post examples for days but I don't really feel like doing that lol. Instead I encourage you to take a look a your favorite songs new or old and see what they sampled via http://www.whosampled.com

As a matter of fact I will drop one gem on y'all from that new Jay Z Album 4:44

The Platform and a little advice

The Platform and a little advice

I had the opportunity to participate as a judge during at The Platform Concert. They had a lot of great prizes for the artist. I'm glad I could be apart of such a great event. Props to all the artist that put themselves out there and join the competition. It's not an easy thing to take a loss. It's not an easy thing to put your pride on the line and allow your art to be judged. Artist keep grinding, stay connected and build your brand because in the end it's just business.

DJ NuERA Presents - Da Map | PO, Gates216, King Coles, Royel

I linked with my guy Royel and he brought some hitters with him lol but frfr I had a blast working with these guys, they all brought there own style and flavor to the cypher. Some say hiphop is dead but looking at these guys and other artist around the city I tend to think otherwise. What do you think?

Talking about practice

Talking about practice

I love being a DJ but I'm also competitive I want to be the best. Not better than the next man just better than I was yesterday lol if that makes any sense at all. My guy Royel Urban came to the lab last night to go over his set for a show we're doing this weekend. Then I played a few beats I've been working on and got a little scratch session in while we were talking about work flow.
